Returns Process

If you have a product that is faulty, please contact us at sales@toughdogstuff.co.nz to discuss replacement.

If you have purchased an item that is the wrong size, please email us at sales@toughdogstuff.co.nz so we can check that we have the correct size in stock, or order it in for you and advise you of the wait time. Then you will need send the item back to:
